Born in Bílina, Czech republic in 1980. Petra came to her singing early. She started to study accordeon on secondary school. At her 12 years, she started to play guitar and sing. After 4 years she established with her sister Veronika first female rock band "ATTICROOMS".  The played songs from Nirvany, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Oasis,... In year 1997 Petra started to play on electric guitar in drum & bass band "Surrounding".  Petra started to interesting to the blues & jazz music. Her first blues-rock "Zbrusu Nový Band" band  was established in year 1998. They played on  regional festivals and culture undertakings.

When Petra was 19-th she maked a decision  of study accordeon on konservatory in Teplice or to move to Prague and started sing blues. She interested to learn singing and after she became a contact to privat music school „Come To Jam“ she started visiting privat lessons of singing by legendary czech jazz artist Jana Koubková.

In year 1999 Petra moved to Prague and started looking for a blues band. She givin insertion and find a band Hands free blues. It was exactly that what she was waiting for.The band play blues with soul and jazz elements. Repertoary consist of blues standarts from different artist as Mighty Sam Mc Clain, Robben Ford, Muddy Waters,... The band have a regulary gigs on Jazzboat in Prague. In year 2004 the band recorded a live CD in  Narodní dům in Ústí nad Labem.

In year 2005 Petra started beside Hands free blues band work with slovak blues drummer and manager Tomáš Bobek Bobrovniczký. They established an international band called "Petra Börnerová band feat. Benkő Zsolt (CZ,SK,HUN)". The band recorded live CD called "Live at Stará Pekárna" and absolved a lot of concerts around the Europe.

In year 2008 Petra and her husband Bobek and started to cooperate with slovak guitarist "Miloš Železňák". The group recorded the studio CD with own compositions May 2008.
